Unmarked Quests

The steps do not occur all at once, you must sleep to be able to see/do the next step. Though this does not apply to every step, so if the next step does not happen that means you must let a day pass (by sleeping).

(After completing the mission "World Alliance") Approach the eastern entrance to Kazan to watch an event with Genbu and Yuuri. 5. (After Niara and Haze appear) Talk to Erin again. You'll receive a report that Kingsblade is facing a dangerous dragon at Phaedna Hollow. 6. Go to Phaedna Hollow to help them — but make sure you're prepared first, as the battle against the Phaedna Tyrant will begin as soon as you enter the dungeon! Once the battle is over, you'll automatically return to Kazan. 7. (After resting at an inn) Approach the eastern entrance to Kazan to watch another event, this time with Nestor and Genbu. 8. (After defeating Takehaya) Enter the Guild Office. After the cutscene, the event will be complete. 9. …but talk to Erin one last time, and she'll give you Balmung, the ultimate sword for Fighters!
Miross' Queen	Miross	After defeating Dead Black, speak with Emerald in the Royal Palace's throne room.	Aigis (アイギス), Caliburn (キャリバーン)	1. Emerald will ask you if she can ask a question; pick "Yes". This will happen twice. Talk to her again afterwards, and she'll ask you to look around the castle town in her stead. 2.1. Go to the western hedge maze outside of the palace to see an event with the Popular Knight. 2.2. Talk to the twins in the house to the west of the item store. 3. Speak with Emerald again. She'll ask you if she can trade places with a member of your party to explore the town; pick "Yes". Note that you need to have a female party member for this. 4.1. Talk to the Forbearing Lender or the Forlorn Borrower. They're in the castle town, next to the item shop. 4.2. Talk to the twins again. 5. Return to the palace's throne room. 6. Rest at an inn, then speak with Emerald once again. She'll ask you to take her to the town one more time. 7. Go to the entrance to the town. After seeing the event there, you'll automatically return to the throne room. 8. Speak with Volg in the garden on the palace's second floor. 9. Speak with Emerald once again. She'll ask you if you learned anything; say "Yes". Note that saying no will end this sidequest here! 10. (After completing the mission "World Alliance") Go back to the castle and talk to Grif, who'll be in the second floor. He'll give you the quest "Chivalry Is Dead"; complete it (requires the Northsea Voyage Party Skill), then talk to Emerald. 11. (After Niara and Haze appear) Talk to Emerald. 12. (After defeating Takehaya) Talk to Emerald. 13. After defeating Haze(ヘイズ) speak with Emerald again. She misses Volg and wants him to return. Go to Fagotto Mansion and talk with Volg (ヴォルグ). Event complete… almost! 14. Speak with Emerald (エメラダ) again and she’ll give you the Aegis for your troubles. She also explains if you examine the grave in the Valorian Wood three times from the right, and twice from the left you can find the Caliburn (キャリバーン).
Sleeping Lion	Aizhen	Talk to Shion. He's in the northwestern house in Simon Village.	Skanda's Cloak	1. Shion will give you a map of Gouga Thicket, and ask you to clear the dungeon of Bloom. Doing this requires defeating the Mantis Dragon boss, which you'll have to do to progress the main story anyway. 2. Once that's done, talk to Shion again. He'll move to the southwestern house in Aizhen Kingdom's Low District. 3. In that house in the Low District, talk to the Prim Girl, and she'll show you the entrance to the resistance headquarters. Go in and talk to Shion. 4. After completing the mission "Stop Eclipse", go to the throne room in Aizhen Castle. 5. After completing the mission "World Alliance", talk to Rikken. He's in a room in the second floor of Aizhen Castle, up the stairs in the southeast room. 6. Talk to Shion again. He'll give you a letter to give to Rikken, and say he'll be moving back to Simon Village. 7. Talk to Rikken again… but he's not in his office! If you talk to the guard outside the room, he'll say he went to Mt. Todowa's peak, so head there. 8. Talk to Shion, who'll now be in the house in Simon where you first met him. 9. Go back into the house and talk to Shion again. 10. After resting at an inn, talk to Shion again. again. He'll ask you to take him to Aizhen Kingdom; select "Yes" and you'll automatically go there. 11. Talk to Shion, who's right outside the castle. He'll give you the quest "Aizhen Legacy"; complete it. 12. After turning in the quest, talk to Shion outside of Aizhen Castle again to complete the event! 13. Afterwards, talk to Shion in the Resistance HQ to receive Skanda's Cloak, one of the best armors in the game.
People of Rushe (ルシェの民)	Nevanplace	After Niara and Haze appear, talk to Bernard in the Melluride Workshop.	Ukonvasara (ユコンヴァサラ) King Fortress (キングフォートレス)	1. After the cutscene, talk to Bernard again, and he'll give you a quest ("The Perfect Armor"). Complete it. 2. After turning in the quest, return to the Workshop to witness an event with Bernard and Jake. 3. (After resting at an inn) Talk to Bernard. 4. (After defeating Takehaya) Talk to Bernard.
Holy Sword (剣聖)	Hairein Grounds	Talk to Zesu. He's in the northernmost house.	Hoshime (星眼)	1. Zesu will tell you to prove yourself by overcoming Hyuro Ice Cave. 2. The cave is to the south of Hairein. Explore the dungeon until you find the four Orbs, then return to the first area and put each Orb in the appropriate pedestal. (You'll notice that the room looks like a bird on the map, and each orb is named after a bird's body part.) Head into the passage that opens up and defeat the Ordeal Sword boss there, then return to Zesu. 3. (After resting at an inn/possibly after Haze appears?) Talk to Zesu. 4. (After defeating Takehaya) Talk to Zesu. 5. After defeating Haze talk to the man in front of Zesu's house. Return to where you fought the Ordeal Sword and you'll get the Hoshime (星眼)
Hypnos (ヒュプノス)	Pleroma, Tokyon	After defeating Heizu(ヘイズ), speak with Emelle (エメル)	Caduceus (カドゥケウス)	1. After defeating Haze (ヘイズ) go to the jail in Pleroma (プレロマ) and speak to Emelle (エメル). 2. Go to Masukami (マスカミ遺地) and give her message to Aitelle (アイテル). 3. After telling Aitelle (アイテル), she asks you to get rid of the magical beast in Shiba Forest (シバの森), and gives you the map. 4.You can find a map here. It’s kind of confusing, but your goal is to disable two orbs in screens 4 and 6. Use the map to navigate to screen 4, then chose the upper left, lower right, lower right, lower right, upper left, middle, then up orbs. This one will be disabled, so use the orb below to to get back to the main screen. Go to screen 5 then pick the orb to the lower right, down, the one you appear next to, and then the one to the left. This will take you to screen 6 where you navigate around to the orb marked “d” on the map this will disable the second orb, and you can now go to screen 7 and defeat The Space Creature Ruzella (宇宙生物ルゼラ). 5. After you win, go back and talk to Aitelle, and the sub-event is clear. 6*.* If you return to Masukami (マスカミ遺地) and talk to Aitelle (アイテル) again, she will present you with the Caduceus (カドゥケウス).
Anrietta's Fresh Start	Nigirio Inn	"Talk" to the dog outside Nigirio Inn.	Information shop in Kazan	**1. The dog will run into the woods next to the inn; follow it through the path there, and you'll find a Rushe girl. Choose "Yes" when prompted to help her. She'll run off, and you'll be able to find her inside the inn, but she won't say anything. 3. After resting at an inn (and maybe completing one of the Imperial Dragon missions? this needs to be confirmed), she'll talk to you, and introduce herself as Arietta. 4. After completing the mission "Stop the Flame Eater", head to Jen's office on the second floor. Afterwards, attempt to leave the inn. 5. (After Niara and Haze appear, and at least one day has passed) Talk to Anrietta again, and agree to help her escape! You'll have to sneak around the spring in the back, and avoid being seen by the Rushe servants. Note that they can see three spaces in front of them, and make your way to the forest to the west. However, some of the servants are friendly, and will give you items if you talk to them; the boy looking south into the pool will give you a Miracle Medicine, and the girl in the clearing where you met Anrietta will give you a Mana Water. The man looking south by the exit to the forest won't give you anything, but he won't turn you in either. Once you leave the inn, you'll automatically go to your house in Kazan, and Anrietta will move there too. 6. (After defeating Takehaya, and at least one day has passed) Talk to Anrietta again, and she'll give you the quest "Anrietta's Fresh Start"; complete it, and she'll open up a new store in the market where you can buy information from her for 100 G. What she tells you can range from fun trivia about the game's characters to various secrets.
Spire and Ren	Bassoon's House/Corlia Inn	After completing the quest "Dangerous Liaison", talk to Spire. He's in the basement of Bassoon's House.	Party Skill: Heavy Labor	Requires having started the mission "Stop Invisible". 1. Spire will ask you to take something to Ren at Corlia Inn. To get there, take the hidden exit through the north of Rorakka Cavern, then head northwest. 2. Talk to Ren. 3. (After completing the quest "Ruin Secrets") Go to Corlia Inn again, and Spire will be there. He'll give you the quest "Snow Maiden"; complete it. (It says "Ice Maiden" when you unlock it, but it's called "Snow Maiden" in the Quest Office menu.) 4. After turning in the quest, go back and talk to Ren again to receive the Heavy Labor Party Skill.
