Party Skills
Party Skills are passive abilities that take effect outside of battle. They're acquired by completing Quests, talking to certain NPCs, or from being bought at specific towns.
To open the Party Skills menu, open the pause menu, select "Skills", press up to highlight the name of your Guild, and then confirm with the A button. The first page lists all of the skills, while the others gives a short description of each of them, 6 at a time.
